Point is, I do like Sean in pervious and since but this?? R.H. did it perfectly, why did it had to be messed with? It's mostly forgettable. It is worth sticking with this one to the ending as the action really does ramp up. It's not a thoughtful movie but instead a thrill ride that looked pretty. That is exactly why I quite liked it. It is serious and that is something that I liked about it, there is no sense of humour! Maybe they could have done something different to distinguish itself from the original, it really feels very unoriginal overall in style and content. The casting isn't as good. Compared to the original I will remember it for actually showing the guy getting ripped in half rather than just implying it.
